In collaboration with the Italian contingent 'Leontes 8', A.N.G.E.L.S. no-profit organization buys ultralight wheelchairs as gifts for the winners of the marathon for the disabled in Beirut, in which Marathon ANGELS and 'ethics partners.
Among the dignitaries present, the prime minister of Lebanon, Saad Hariri and representing UNIFIL.

LEBANON: ITALIAN ARMY AWARDS BEIRUT MARATHON WINNERS
(AGI) - Rome, 9 nov. - They were three days of intense institutional relations which have seen Italy and Lebanon engaged in important activities' humanitarian and solidarity. The Italian contingent in Lebanon 'Leontes 8' and the non-profit organization A.N.G.E.L.S. handed the ultralight wheelchairs to the winners of the Beirut Marathon for disabled 'held last Nov. 7 in Lebanon.
Among the many authorities' there were also the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Saad Hariri. Representing UNIFIL (interposition force in Lebanon UN) were: the Force Commander in Gen. Alberto Asarta (Spain) and the Commander of Sector West in Gen. Giuseppe Nicola Tota (Italy).
The race official 'was followed live, as well as the Lebanese national networks, including from international press and television. And the non-profit organization A.N.G.E.L.S. were asked to participate as' Partner ethical 'event.
Yesterday, A.N.G.E.L.S. has been a promoter in the delivery of a consignment of medicines from Italy, offered by the group Farmacrimi, and distributed by the Italian contingent for medical assistance to the civilian population. Part of the cargo of 275 containers of medicines 'was already' delivered to Leontes 8. Moreover, also yesterday, the Italian armed forces, in the person of the Gen. Finally, today, November 9, in the Command Area of Chaama in Lebanon, the transition of responsibilities between the Bersaglieri Brigade 'Garibaldi', commanded by Gen. Tota and the Cavalry Brigade 'Friuli Pozzuolo' commanded by Gen.
